Property Floor Plans

Lake Forest construction was started in 1999 and the 689 single-family homes were completed in 2005 by Kennedy Homes. The community is comprised of 19 different model homes ranging from 1,214 square feet to 2,208 square feet. The models have great open floor plans with two to four bedrooms, master suites, two bathrooms, back patios (most are covered and screened) and a two-car attached garage (a few homes have a one-car garage).
